Safeguarding learners is a crucial aspect of any Apprenticeship. It refers to the policies and practices that are put in place to protect learners from harm or abuse, and to promote their well-being and safety.

There are a number of ways in which Oracle Training Solutions safeguard learners including but not limited to:

  • Creating a safe learning environment: this involves ensuring that the physical and emotional environment of the classroom or training room is safe and conducive to learning.

  • Establishing clear boundaries: this includes setting expectations for appropriate behaviour and communication, and enforcing consequences for any inappropriate conduct.

  • Conducting appropriate background checks: all trainers and staff undergo appropriate background checks, including criminal background checks and reference checks.

  • Providing training on safeguarding: all trainers and staff receive training on safeguarding policies and procedures, including how to recognise and respond to signs of abuse or neglect.

  • Reporting any concerns: if a trainer or staff member has any concerns about the safety or well-being of a learner, they will report it to the appropriate person or authority immediately.

  • Regular review of policies and procedures: We regularly review safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure that they are up-to-date and effective in protecting learners.

By taking these steps, we aim to create a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes the well-being and safety of all learners. Ultimately, safeguarding learners is a responsibility that Oracle Training Solution takes very seriously.
